These muffins are so easy, even dads can make them.
Perfect for after school
Time: 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake
Makes: 24 bite sized muffins
Age: 2 & up
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
24 mini muffin tin
Everything you will need
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees (using fan forced oven).
Place cheese, flour and milk all together in a bowl and stir.
All in one bowl
Spoon small amounts of mixture into muffin tin.
Fill mini muffin tin
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Place on cooling rack until ready to serve.
Call the kids
This makes a perfect after school snack and is fantastic to take on picnics.
The recipe is your base, it can be modified to your tastes in many ways. You can double the amount and create amazing muffins by adding your favourite ingredients. We have used bacon, ham, capsicum, corn, peas, grated zucchini and carrots.
