Paddle pop sticks
Something round to trace around, in this case a small dish
Turn your dish upside down, and trace around it using your pen on the coloured paper.
Cut out the circle of coloured paper, this is the Sun.
Count as you place the paddle pop sticks around the Sun as the Sun Rays, invite your children to do the same.
Write numbers on the paddle pop sticks to extend this activity.
