Here are some quick and easy outdoor decorations to brighten up a tree over the festive season.

Materials
Square of aluminium kitchen foil
Piece of ribbon or twine

Cheap materials


Method
Lay the square of foil on a table, shiny side down.
Pinch the foil in the middle to make a bow shape.

Fold the piece of twine in half and tie a knot in the end.
Wrap the twine around the pinched section of the aluminium foil and feed the knotted end through the looped end to secure it.

Hang the twine on a hook and scrunch the two ends of the foil around the twine.

You should now have a bauble with a twine loop secured from the middle. Make lots and hang them on a tree.
