If you liked Watermelon Wizard Wands, try the frozen version to make a refreshing healthy treat on a hot summer day. These frozen watermelon pops are fun and easy for kids to create.

Time: 10 minutes to prepare plus 4 hours freezing time
Age: Any Age
Level: Easy

Materials
Watermelon
Knife
Cookie cutter
Popsicle sticks

Method
Cut the watermelon into slices about 1cm thick.

Cut out shapes with a cookies cutter.

Poke a popsicle stick into the watermelon shape.

Lay out on a freezer-proof tray or on sheets of freezer paper. Freeze for around 4 hours.

The frozen watermelon pops have a lovely crunchy sorbet texture and are naturally sweet.
