Decoupage Spider-Man Picture Frame
5 to 10s
Comic Book Paper
A really easy and fun way to create Spider-Man theme decor for your little Spider-Man fan or give as a gift! The frame is easy to personalize as well by adding a photo, a name or initials!
: 15 minutes (plus drying time)
: 5-10's, over 10's
Sharp craft knife
Foam or wood letters (if desired)
Sand your picture frame to create a rough surface for the glue to stick to.
Make sure your comic paper is large enough to wrap your frame. I printed off 2 A4 or letter sheets of comic paper and attached them to make them big enough to fit around the frame.
Spread Mod Podge or glue on the front part of your frame and lay flat on the back of the comic paper. Flip the frame over and smooth out any wrinkles.
Fold your paper over the sides of your frame and cut any extra amounts off. Mod Podge the sides of your frame and secure the paper.
With the front of your frame facing down, make diagonal cuts on the inside of your frame from the corners. Cut out any extra paper on the inside and discard.
Apply Mod Podge or glue and wrap the paper around the inside edges of your frame. Smooth out and secure.
Allow the Mod Podge to dry.
We added foam letters to personalize our frame.
Put a favourite photo in the frame or wrap and give as a gift!
