Salt Dough Santa
Salt dough is cheap to make but can create some lasting decorations. Unpack the handprint Santa each year and your child can see how much their had has grown.
: 20 minutes plus drying time for the salt dough
: Under 5's
Red and white paint
Fine black marker or black paint
Roll out a piece of salt dough, so that it is larger than your child's hand and a few centimetres thick.
Let your child make a firm handprint into the salt dough. For step by steps tips,
Leave to dry overnight or in a very low temperature oven until fully dry.
Paint in Santa's details.
