Make the most of windy weather by running with balloon kites

Method
Tie a length of string to the balloon
Use stick tape to attach lengths of streamers to the other side of the balloon
Have children hold their string tight, or you can tie a loop to go over their wrists if they prefer
Go outside, and let them run, pulling the kite behind them
Have children stand still, and hold their balloon. Watch the streamers demonstrate the strength and direction of the wind
