Banana milkshakes are a fun activity with little mess and a delicious result. For younger kids you can use toddler knives so they can chop the bananas themselves. Bananas are easy to cut through and it's great practise without risks. It's also a good way to get some extra fruit and milk into their diet and you can skip out the ice cream to be more healthy.

Roughly cut up a banana (or more depending on the number of kids).
Put it in a blender, add a splash if milk and scoop of ice cream.
Whizz it up until it's frothy on top.
