Bath puffs make great printing tools for little hands as they are easy to grab and hold. Minimal set up and preparation time is needed making it an easy activity for Under 5s. Print on a large sheet of butcher's paper to make some instant homemade wrapping paper.

Materials
Large sheet of paper or long piece of butcher's paper
Lay out the paper and squirt paint into some wide containers
Children can now press the bath puffs into paint and print onto the paper
Ready to print
Try different colours and techniques - stamping or swishing across the paper
Try stamping...

If you don't want the colours to mix you could let one colour dry and come back to the activity later with another colour
Allow to dry and use as special homemade wrapping paper
