Face paints don't have to be restricted to faces only - try out using bodies as your canvas!
Choose designs that inspire story telling. Then your children can use their body parts to play make believe games, put on dramatic theatre productions and tell stories.
Time: 10 minutes
Age: Any age
Level: Easy
Materials
Face paints, or acrylic paints
Method
Have your child lay comfortably on the floor - this helps with squirming.
Apply moisturizer. This will stop the paints from staining their skin, and will make cleaning easier.
Paint your chosen design.
Let dry for a few minutes before play.
Encourage them to have their designs interact with each other other. In this case we had an interesting story about a lady bug who was too hot from the sun, so he hid under a turtle.
