Slime. Do you really need a better introduction? It's gooey, it's messy, and it's just so much fun. This is one of the simplest slime recipes to make, and while it's not as flexible and stretchy as some other recipes, you won't have to do a hunt for borax before you can make it. Chances are you'll already have all the ingredients lying around your house.
Time: 10 Minutes
Age: 5-10s
Level: Easy
Materials
Method
Place 1 cup of water into the bowl, begin adding cornflour.
When it becomes difficult to stir start using your hands. Adjust the consistency by either adding more water or more cornflour. It should feel like, well, slime.
Add a few drops of food colouring and combine with the mixture.
This slime can be really messy, but thankfully it can be cleaned up very easily. Squeeze it between your hands and it's a gooey liquid, hit or punch it and it becomes solid.
Slime may not have many uses, but that doesn't mean it's not fun.
