Sneaking in healthy ingredients in kids snacks is always challenging. I have adapted this brownie recipe and given it a healthy twist whilst not compromising on the taste. Kids can enjoy helping to make these.
Time: 10 minutes preparation, 30 minutes cooking.

Level: Easy
Materials
10 tbsp soft butter or olive oil
1/2 cup cooking chocolate
1 cup brown sugar or raw sugar
2 heaped tbsp white chia seeds
2 heaped tbsp chopped nuts or almond meal
Method
Mix cooking chocolate, butter, cocoa, sugar, salt over low heat in a bowl.
Mix just until it is warm not hot.
Add the plain flour and mix again.
Lastly add the chai seeds and nuts.
Grease a non-stick pan and pour the mixture in it.
Bake for 30 mins at 170 degrees celsius.
Cut into slices and store in an air tight container.
