These easy brownies are transformed for Easter with a little icing and mini eggs to create chocolate brownie nests.

Materials
1 chocolate brownie cake
100g butter
25g cocoa
250g icing sugar
Mini eggs to decorate.

Makes 16

Method
Take a cooled brownie cake and cut into 16 squares.
Beat together the butter, cocoa and icing sugar.

Buttercream icing, chocolate, Easter baking for kids


Pipe a circle on each brownie square.


Decorate the chocolate icing nests with mini eggs.
