Mosaics are a fun way to create images or patterns. Pushing small beads into air dry clay is a simple way that kids of all ages can join in. Younger kids can make a random pattern, while older children will enjoy creating their own pictures.
Creating mosaics has a long history. Why not search for some images of ancient designs on line and discuss with your children.
