Method
Cut strips of paper approximately 1cm wide by 10 cm long. You will need one strip of paper for each "arrow".

Fold the paper in half so that you have a 1cm x 5cm arrow.
Use the felt pens to decorate your arrow. You can draw little arrows, hearts and love messages on both sides of the paper.

Once you have finished decorating your arrow, seal the long edges with sticky tape. Leave the bottom short edge open. You need to ensure that you have each side completely sealed so that your arrow will shoot properly.
Gently squeeze your arrow on the sides to gently open the end. Slide your arrow onto your drinking straw, leaving a little gap between the end of the straw and arrow.
Find your target and blow hard into the end of the straw to send Cupid's Arrow on its way.

Mom's Tip
This activity kept my young boys entertained for hours.
You can create little targets or have a game to see who can shoot their arrow the farthest.
Your little cupids can practice sneaking up on people and sending a little love notes.
