Easter Egg Boxes

Recycle some egg cartons to make your own decorated egg boxes. Fill with decorated eggs or chocolate eggs at Easter. Alternatively keep it as a treasure box and store jewellery or other precious things inside. This activity is an easy one to do with lots if kids and is ideal for a rainy day.



Egg carton craft for kids, recycled kids craft


Time: 30 minutes
Age: Under 5's, 5-10's
Level: Easy

Materials
Empty egg cartons
Glue
Decoration items

Method
Set out a variety of decoration items and glue. We liked google eyes, letters, buttons, feathers and Easter chicks!
Let the kids decorate any way they choose.
Once dry, fill your box with Easter eggs or other treasures.
