An easy brownie recipe to make with the kids.

Materials
100g butter
50g cocoa
2 large eggs
225g caster sugar
70g self raising flour

Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Melt the butter and cocoa together and then leave to cool.

Beat in the eggs and sugar until light and smooth.

Fold in the flour.
Pour the brownie mix into a lined and greased square baking tin.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until firm on top but a little soft below.

Allow to cool before cutting into 16 pieces.
