Father's Day, easy, preschool, painting

The paintings my youngest son creates are usually big swirls of paint so we decided to try something a little different. Still using the 'lots of paint is best technique' we created a super simple Father's Day painting.

Time: 15 minutes
Age: Under 5's
Level: Easy

Materials
Card
Paint
Paper
Scissors
Masking Tape

Method
In advance, cut out the letters DAD and circles, one for each member if your family, from white paper.

Stick them temporarily to your card with a little doubled over masking tape.

Let your kids paint over the card with paint brushes or fingers depending on their age. Make sure paint fully covers over the letters and circles.

Remove the paper letters and circles.

Leave to dry and then draw in eyes and smiles in the circle shapes.
