Here's how to make a cheap and easy tiger mask from felt - no sewing required!
Time: 20 minutes plus drying time
Level: Easy
Materials
Method
Cut out the basic tiger face shape from orange felt. You can use a pair of child's sunglasses to help judge the right size and spacing for the eye holes.
Cut out long wedges from black felt for stripes and small triangles out of white felt for ears.
Cut out a joined up nose and mouth out of black felt. Try folding in half to get a symmetrical shape.

Components ready to glue
Glue the tiger stripes, ears and nose onto the orange tiger face with PVA glue. Let the glue dry, peel off and then re-glue to get a strong bond. You can trim the edges afterwards with scissors so don't worry if the black wedges overhang a bit.
When dry, poke a hole in each side of the mask with a skewer.
Tie elastic through the holes to complete the mask.
