This is a desert diorama with edible snakes!

Materials

Cardboard box

2 colour copies of desert background

Glue

Green cardboard

Paint

Edible snakes

Colour copy of desert background

Method

Glue the colour photocopied desert background along the walls of the box, overlapping in the middle where they meet.

Paint the sky blue and the sand yellow.

Cut out identical cactis, fold down the middle and glue down along the matching arms.

Paint green stripes along the cacti.

Stand them up in the box and glue them down.

Add edible snakes.
