Egg box turtle
This is a simple craft for under 5s to enjoy and the materials cost next to nothing.

Materials
Black pen and crayons to decorate
Cut the egg holder parts out of the egg box.
Set out some paint and let your child paint the pieces all over.
The turtle's shells can be any colour you want and you could also decorate them with sticky dots for some added decoration
Draw a turtle body on some cardstock and cut out.
Your child can colour the turtle body if they want and add some eyes.
Only the head, legs and tail will poke out from under the shell
Stick the painted egg box piece on top of the body with a little glue and then your turtle is ready to play with.
