Just by turning the tube in the middle, this doll gives completely different emotions, encouraging your child to be even more creative with the games they play. The tricky part of this activity is getting two toilet paper rolls of different sizes, but buying two different brands in consecutive weeks should work.

Time: 30 minutes
Age: Under 5's, 5-10's
Level: Easy

Materials
Two toilet paper rolls of two different sizes
Scissors
Marker
Glue
Fabric
Wool or other materials for the hair

Method
Cut out a circle in the top of the bigger toilet paper roll.

Slide the second tube inside the first one. Draw your first expression on the space visible through the hole.

Spin the inside tube around and draw on a few other expressions as you go (happy, sad, angry etc).



Glue some fabric beneath the hole in the outer tube to create clothes.



Glue the hair onto the outer tube as well.
