Easy peasy to make
Time: 10 minutes preparation & 40 minutes cooking
Age: Any Age
Level: Easy
Materials
Small amount of sunflower oil

Coconut, oats and cranberries

Mixed seeds
Method
Preheat the oven to 125C.
Warm the condensed milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. This will make it much easier for children to mix together with the dry ingredients.
Mix all the dry ingredients with the condensed milk in a large bowl.
Oil a baking tin and then spread the flapjack mixture evenly into the tin. Use a maximum capacity of 27cm x 37cm. Use the back of a spoon to press it down and into the corners.

All you need to do is mix it all together and pop in the oven
Pop it into an oven for about 40 minutes until it's golden on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the baking tin for 15 minutes.
Remove from the tin and cut into bars.
This makes a great addition to a picnic, lunchbox or just a tasty treat when friends come to play.
