A quick and easy use of face paint that's perfect for younger children who can't sit still for long or children with sensitive skin. It's a fast party or school fair activity as well.

Method
You can do this paint design on the face, or on a hand, which is sometimes much easier for younger children.
Draw the outline of your rocket in whatever colour you like (although it works best in a different colour to the fiery tail). Think of it like the shape of an iron.
Add the tail of the rocket at the bottom.
Add a fiery stream coming out of the bottom of the rocket.
Fill in the rocket in the main colour.
Add a streak of yellow in the centre of the flame.
Use the yellow to make two circles for windows in the centre of the rocket.
Outline the rocket and windows in black.
Add some stars and a moon to make a cool skyscape.
There are loads of different shapes you could make that children will love from butterflies to sharks. All you need is a strong outline and bright colours. Why not suggest one in the comments? I'll try to make that one too!
