Here's how to make an easy fairy toadstool birthday card with felt and buttons. We added a secret wooden fairy door made out of a popsicle stick.

Time: 10 minutes
Age: Any age
Level: Easy

Materials
Red felt
White felt
PVA white glue
Popsicle stick
3 white buttons
Scissors
Coloured card
Brown pen

Method
Cut a trianglular shaped piece out of red felt to make the top of the fairy toadstool. Cut a small rectangle out of white felt to make the toadstool stalk.

Cut the end off a popsicle stick using scissors to make the fairy door. Colour in with a brown pen.
Glue the fairy door on to the white felt stalk.

Glue the three white buttons onto the red toadstool top to make white spots.
Glue the red and white felt on to a blank coloured card to complete your fairy toadstool.
