Findit Rice Bottle

Hide small objects in a bottle for little ones to find. Many children will find this a good way to entertain themselves when they aren't feeling well, or as a tool to calm down when they are feeling cross.

Time: 5 minutes to make
Age: Under 5s, 5-10s
Level: Easy

Materials

Rainbow rice .

A screw top bottle with lid. Choose a plastic bottle if planning to allow children to play with this unsupervised.

Small items to hide inside.

Glue to secure the lid in place.

Method

Select some small items to hide in the bottle.

Place small items in the bottle.

Fill bottle with Rainbow Rice

Secure the lid, use glue if preferred.

Shake and turn the bottle in your hands, watch as the small items move through the rice, hiding and peeping as they go.
