Method
Cut the watermelon into slices about 1cm thick.
Cut out shapes with a cookies cutter.
Poke a popsicle stick into the watermelon shape.
Lay out on a freezer-proof tray or on sheets of freezer paper. Freeze for around 4 hours.
The frozen watermelon pops have a lovely crunchy sorbet texture and are naturally sweet.
