Circles of felt

Using scissors, cut small circular pieces of colored felt to fit the size gumnuts you've collected. Ours were the size of a five cent piece.

Allow the glue to dry, then your fairy or elf teacups are ready for a fun tea party in the garden. Don't they look so very cute? Perhaps it's time to make some more?
