This is a fun family activity that children of any age can enjoy. Little ones might need help writing down their ideas, or they could draw pictures instead. It's a great way to get the whole family involved in planning holidays, and can also be a memory keepsake of an amazing holiday.

Materials
A2 size sheet of mounting board or card
Pencil
Chunky pen (e.g. a Sharpie)

Ask each family member to write down ideas of things they want to do in the holidays.

Write down activities for rainy days, sunny days, expensive days out, free days out, anything goes. The idea is not necessarily to do everything, but to come up with a long list of things you could do.
Every day that you don't have something planned, have a look at the list and pick something.

It's a great way to remind yourselves of all the fun things you could do, and after the holiday is over, kids will love to keep the board as a reminder of all the things they did.
