Jingly Icicles

A super simple craft for little fingers that will help develop fine motor skills. These sparkly icicles make an unusual Christmas decoration with the added fun of jingle bells.

Age: Under 5's, 5-10's
Level: Easy

Materials
Sparkly pipe cleaners
Little bells with loops at one end
Pencil or wooden spoon

Method
Thread bells along the sparkly pipe cleaner, leaving spaces between them. This is great for developing fine motor skills. If you don't have little bells, you could also try beads.

Wrap the pipe cleaner around the handle of a wooden spoon or a pencil.

Slide the pipe cleaner off and you have a decoration ready to hang. You could also try having some without bells.
