Jumping Frogs

Time: 5 minutes
Age: 5-10's
Level: Easy



Materials
  • One sheet of rectangle paper
  • Pens to decorate

  • Method
  • Fold the paper in half lengthwise, crease the fold. Then reopen the paper


  • Fold both top corners to the opposite edge of the paper, crease, and unfold.


  • Tuck the sides of your creases in with your fingers, and bring down the top of the paper into a triangle shape. Press down.


  • Fold the uppermost triangles up to the top point.


  • Fold the sides in to the centre line.


  • Fold the bottom of the paper upwards, so that the end sits in the centre of the top diamond.


  • Fold the same part downwards, in half. Press down.


  • Turn your frog over and decorate as you please.


  • Open your frogs front legs and the folds underneath a little, the tap lightly on frogs back to make it jump.
