This cute lion card will make any little boy or girl roar on their birthday! The lion is made from simple felt shapes glued together so it's easy to make.

Materials
Yellow, orange, white, black felt
Cut the shapes out of felt as in the picture below. Make some cuts at the end of the tail to make a fringe effect.
Components cut out of felt to make the lion
Stick the white shape onto the yellow circle face with PVA glue. Glue the yellow circle face onto the orange mane.
Lion head
Turn over and glue the yellow body onto the back of the orange mane. Glue the tail onto the back too.
Back of the lion
Glue the lion onto a blank greeting card, leaving the fringed part of the tail unglued.
Glue on a black triangle of felt for the nose (or draw one with the black marker pen).
Draw 3 spots on each side of the white lion mouth with a black marker.
Roar!
Your little lion card is now ready to send!
