This is a great little easy to make witchy hat for Halloween!

Materials
1 sheet of stick on velour or black craft paper
Pack of sequined half shape balls
Cut out a cardboard oval and staple/ sticky tape to make a cardboard cone.
Layer cardboard cone with stick-on velour.
Cut slits in cardboard oval and weave through ribbon.
Adhere velour cone to cardboard base.
Cover cardboard hat oval with stick on velour (or black craft paper)
Glue ribbon along base of cone.
Cut two pieces of crepe paper into semi circles and cut in to make a feathered look. Glue to hat with craft glue.
Glue googly eyes to sequined half shape balls, then glue onto crepe paper.
Pop hat on head, pass ribbon behind ears and tie bow under neck.
