Method
Using a ruler, draw a rectangle 5cm wide x 22cm long.
Draw a horizontal line approximately 4.5cm from either end.
Colour the middle section in black, and if you like, draw some magic stars on the white sections.
With help from a parent, cut out the rectangle.
Wrap the paper lengthwise around your pen tightly.
Secure it in place with Sellotape.
