Monster Birthday Card

This fun monster card makes an ideal birthday card for a toddler or preschooler.

We made ours for a 2nd birthday card


Time: 15 minutes
Age: Any age
Level: Easy

Materials
Coloured card
Googly eyes
Black pen
Decoration items (e.g. Colourful sticky dots etc)
Scissors



Craft materials, kids craft, preschooler, art materials to make a card


Method
Fold the piece of card in half.
Draw a monster on the front making sure you have a few parts of the monster which touch a decent section of the fold (e.g. our google eyes overlapped the fold).

Cut around to reveal your monster card, hinged at the fold.

Decorate by sticking on colourful shapes. We stuck on some white paper to make a jagged smile.

Write a birthday message inside.
