It also requires only few items that you would already have around the house. If you do not have the led light, they will also make great decorations on their own.

Method
Cut your paper in 3 lenghwise and then cut about 5 cm across.
Draw your snowman features in the centre.
Tape the ends to bring the snowman to life.
Place tea lights inside the tube and switch on the tealight to make it glow.
