This is an fun way of drawing patterns.

Time: 5 minutes
Age: Any age
Level: Easy



Materials
Wooden block
Paper
Pencil
Scissors
Pen
Sticky tape

Method


Use the pencil to trace the block. Trace four squares in a line, plus one square on each side.


Use the pen to draw a different pattern in each square.


Cut out the design, and crease along each line.


Use the sticky tape to stick the paper over the block, creating a pattern dice.

Use this dice to challenge children to use different patterns while drawing or painting.
