Making games from recycled materials means you have fun creating and then playing without breaking the bank. These Monster Skittles were made from small empty plastic water bottles but you could also any size.

Time: 30 minutes
Age: Any Age
Level: Medium

Materials
6 empty plastic bottles
PVA glue
Tissue paper
Black marker
White paper
Small ball

Method
Cover a bottle in glue.
Cut up pieces of tissue paper.

Stick the tissue paper over the bottle.

Brush some glue over the top of the tissue paper.
Leave to dry and repeat with the other 5 bottles.

When the bottles are dry you can decorate them as monsters.
Scraps of white paper with a black dot make great eyes or try googly eyes.

Eyes and mouths


Arrange the bottles with one at the front, two behind and three in the final row.
Stand back and roll the ball at the skittles.
Count how many you knocked over.
