Method
On a piece of firm coloured card, draw out your template. We used a small bowl to create two overlapping circles and drew around them.

Apply glue inside the circles.
Fill in by sticking on the puffy packaging.
Cut out some circles from black paper and stick on for eyes, mouth and buttons.

Stick on a triangle of orange paper for the nose.
Why not add a scarf too with a couple of rectangles of contrasting coloured paper.
Leave to dry fully before hanging up.
