Method
Pop a pencil along the middle of the skirt and start gluing down your diagonal yellow felt, starting from the skirt hem and working your way up to the waistband.
Layer over or under with a tulle skirt.
With your red felt, cut out the letters "Queen of hearts." Glue to the top.
Add a pair of red, checkered or stripey stockings and your Queen of hearts is done!
