Here's how to make some cute rainbow theme party bags which cost very little and are easy to make. We loved
Natasha Stewart's rainbow streamer decoration and decided to make mini ones for our party bags.
Time: 10 minutes per bag
Age: Any age
Level: Easy
Materials
Plain bags (we used brown sandwich bags from the grocery store)
Different coloured crepe paper
Method
Cut a cloud shape out of white paper or card to fit onto the front of your bag.
Cut strips of different coloured crepe paper about 1cm wide to create the rainbow streamers.
Arrange the rainbow streamers onto the back of the cloud and attach to the cloud with a strip of masking tape. We used the following colour order to make our rainbows: Red - Orange - Yellow - Green - Blue - Purple.

Back of the cloud
Glue the cloud with rainbow streamers to the brown sandwich bag.
Write a child's name on the cloud if you want to have personalised party bags. My daughter enjoyed doing this for each of her guests.
Fill the party bag with small treats.
Fold the top of the bag over and punch two holes in the fold.
Thread ribbon through the two holes and tie in a bow at the front.
