Simple Craft Sheep
This craft can be adapted to suit any fairytale or nursery rhyme. Or, your kids could even make up their own story. I've chosen to do The Three Little Pigs since it takes advantage of the straw stands: you can ensure that two houses can be blown down, while the other remains standing.

7 Straws
Pencils
Scissors
Paper
Method
Cut out four pieces of paper that are no wider than the length of the straw between the bend and the tip (where you drink from) and not so tall that they start to droop when you hold them upright.
Draw a pig on three pieces of paper and a wolf on the fourth piece.
Cut four of the straws so that they are even lengths either side of the section that bends.
Cut a slit from the tip to the bends on each straw you've just trimmed.
Insert your characters into the slits. They should stand up by themselves now.
Cut out three larger sections of paper and draw the houses on them (a straw house, a stick house and a house made of bricks).
You may even want to cut windows into your houses
