Sock Donkey

Make donkey heads with your socks to hang on the door. You can sew on the buttons and ears, but to make it quicker, easier, and accessible to toddlers, I recommend sticky adhesive dots.

Time: 20 minutes
Age: Under 5's, 5-10's
Level: Easy

Materials
Toddler socks
2 small buttons
Cotton wool
Sticky adhesive dots/glue
Spare material
String of yarn

Method

Stick a button on either side of the sock, little below the rim.

Cut out a triangle with some spare material.

Slide the wider end of the triangle into the sock, so the the point end hangs over, and stick it down.

Fill the sock with cotton wool.

Stick the string of yarn inside the sock on either end.
Glue together the opening.
Hang up.
