Position your card vertically (in portrait)
Make two vertical cuts from the bottom edge, dividing into 3 sections, stopping about 4/5 way up the card.
2 vertical cuts to make the blades
Fold the two outer sections in opposite directions - these are the blades
Clip a coin to the middle section using a clothes peg
Heli Spinner ready to fly
Release your heli spinner from a balcony (make sure it is safe below first)
