Teddy Bear Toast

If your kids are anything like mine, they need a snack after nursery or school to keep them going until dinner time. Teddy bear toast is quick to make, brings a smile to a little ones face and they can get involved in decorating too.

Time: 2 minutes
Age: Under 5's
Level: Easy

Materials
  • 1 piece bread
  • Favourite spread, jam or peanut butter
  • 3 slices banana
  • 3 raisins

    • Method
  • Toast the bread.



  • Apply your favourite topping. My son just likes butter but peanut butter would make a great brown face.
  • If you want to get fancy you can cut around a small circular bowl to make a round face.




  • Place two slices of bananas for ears and one as the nose.
  • Place two raisins for eyes and add one on the banana nose.

    • This little teddy bear toast will disappear before you know it.
