Materials
Tissue paper
Scissors
Pipe cleaner

Method
Take a rectangle of tissue paper and fold concertina style.
Pinch in the middle and wrap around a pipe cleaner.

Tease out the tissue folds and full up your flower.
Straighten out the pipe cleaner as the stalk.
