To Do List DIY Frame

With this new semester beginning, make this DIY frame with kids' help to make them get more organised. While you can use a photo frame to do this, why not make one yourself using a few cheap and recycled materials around the house. You can also personalise your frame to fit to the kids' desk and room.


Time: 15 minutes and additional drying time
Age: Any Age
Level: Easy

Materials
  • Clear plastic sheet
  • 2 thick cardboards
  • Piece of thin cardboard
  • White paper
  • Marker
  • Washi/Decorative tape
  • Clear tape
  • Glue
  • Scissors


  • Method
  • Place the white paper and plastic sheet on top of the thick cardboard and cut to make them all size sizes.
  • Write down 'To do list' on the white paper, place on top of one thick cardboard and then place plastic sheet on the white paper. Tape all around with clear tape and then with the washi tape on three corners.
  • Cut two piece of thin cardboard (such a cereal boxes) as in the picture, doing one crease for one and an accordion with the bigger cut.Put glue on one side of the pieces
  • Glue the smaller one at the top and the bigger one at the bottom, making sure there are no excess coming off the frame.
  • Leave to dry and glue the other thick cardboard on top.
  • Once completely dried, tape the top with the washi tape and your DIY frame is done.
  • Start getting organised.
