These easy stars are great Christmas decorations, but can also be hung around your child's room throughout the year.

Method
Divide it into fifths (each section should be around 2 centimetres wide).
Ruled and ready to cut
Cut the roll along these lines.
Cut your paper into strips, each around 13 centimetres long and 3-4 centimetres wide.
Cover each piece of the toilet paper roll with a strip of paper (alternatively, you can paint the pieces).
Join the five toilet roll pieces together by placing loops of sticky-tape between the ends of each of them.
Tie your ribbon around one point of the star and you're ready to hang it up.
