Treasure Island Box

Bury your treasure on a deserted island of your making.

Time: 1 hour
Age: Any Age
Level: Easy

Materials
Cardboard box with lid
Paint: blue, yellow, black
PVC glue
Paint brushes
Sand or semolina
Playdough or similar

Method

Paint the box blue and the lid yellow.

Put the lid in a tray and wait for the paint to dry.



spread glue over the top of the lid.



Pour the sand or semolina on top the lid, then spread it all over.



Paint a black 'X' somewhere on top of the lid.



Make rocks, plants, and animals with the Playdough, and stick them on the box.
Put your treasure inside.
