White Chocolate & Sprinkle Popcorn

Making popcorn from scratch is really easy, much cheaper than buying from the shops and with this recipe given a little twist.



Easter popcorn, funfetti popcorn


Time: 15 minutes
Age: Any Age
Level: Easy

Materials
Popcorn (unpopped)
White chocolate
Sprinkles

Method
Place popcorn in a heavy based saucepan with a little oil and warm over a medium heat. Don't forget it's really important to keep the lid on!
Give a little shake every so often and remove from the heat when the popping has stopped.

Spread the popcorn out over some greaseproof paper.

Melt the chocolate and then drizzle over the popcorn.
Scatter over the sprinkles and leave until the chocolate has gone hard again.
